Established in 1884 for building small wooden boats, it was awarded the ‘Royal’ Warrant on its 100th anniversary. Over 140 years later, Royal Huisman builds award-winning luxury custom yachts, unrivaled in quality.

Royal Huisman employs a team of over 350 highly motivated and competent people, from skilled craftsmen to expert concept designers, with extraordinarily diverse experience and capabilities, working at facilities for custom builds in Vollenhove.

For some years now, the shipyard facilities have been extended to the Amsterdam region. This second location serves as an addition to the existing shipyard, with a focus on Huisfit projects. The shipyard from 1884 until today: a history of investments for the future.
