Since 1964, La Rochelle shipyard AMEL designs and manufactures exceptional sailboats that combine quality, savoir-faire, safety and comfort in navigation. From the choice of materials to the finish of the fittings to the service provided to customers around the world, the AMEL spirit animates every step of the construction.

Each unit is delivered during a week of hand-over by an AMEL technician to the owner who can get acquainted with his new sailboat and begin to appreciate the real pleasure of a safe and effortless navigation. The AMEL spirit is also shared values and lived experiences thanks in particular to the “Amel Club”​ who constitute the international community of those who, too, perpetuate the AMEL spirit.

The present-day lines of our yachts encapsulate some 60 years of savoir-faire, the fruit of Henri Amel’s passion for ocean cruising and shipbuilding. Their equipment and design are in constant evolution to ensure that comfort on board remains optimal, whatever the sailing conditions.
